Welcome to The Powerhouse Pros, an advanced Toastmaster Club dedicated to developing professional speakers. Are you a professional speaker? Of course you are! Everyone who has a job where communication is required is a professional speaker.
Who is elegible to join The Powerhouse Pros? Almost everyone. The requirements are:
1. You are 18 years or older.
2. Attend three meetings. This gives you time to see if the club is a good match for you.
3. Give an "Icebreaker" speech. The Icebreaker is a speech about the subject you know best---YOU. The members get to discover how fascinating you are. You get to experience giving a speech to a room full of attentive listeners.
4. Have a desire to become a better speaker. Through the time-tested Toastmasters Communication and Leadership Programs, your growth as a speaker can be as rapid as your motivation.
